Meet Our Team

Since January 2023, Pastor Dean Lucas and his wife, Dianna, have faithfully served as the Senior Pastors of Upper Room Church of God. They are blessed with two daughters and a grandson. Before Upper Room, Pastor Dean ministered in North Platte, NE, and Colorado Springs, CO. He is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Church Leadership. His heart desires to see the church become a true family—one overflowing with joy in Jesus, inspiring a passion to serve others in our city and guide them in their walk with God.  In his free time, Pastor Dean enjoys RVing, sharing content on his YouTube channel, and spending time with his two beloved dogs.

Dianna Lucas has dedicated her life to ministry in various roles, including secretary and Bible study teacher. She currently serves as the Women's Ministry Leader. Dianna is passionate about helping the church family grow in their knowledge of the Bible through discipleship and is a devoted prayer warrior. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, square dancing, and cherishing moments with her grandson.
